PROJECT LABORER

Hollander Hospitality's Commercial & Residential Development Department is seeking a Project Laborer to join our team for a renovation project located at the Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport Hotel in SeaTac WA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Skills and Ability to:

Education and Experience:
• Experience in a similar position or completion of a formal training program or equivalent preferred.

License:
• Valid Washington State driver's license preferred, but not required.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a variety of locations in both indoor and outdoor environments regularly exposed to dust, odors, fumes, and noise. Position requires frequent lifting of heavy materials, tools and equipment and the ability to perform physical labor under adverse weather conditions.
