Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager for Georgia Pacific Hummingbird®, you will drive the marketing strategy for Georgia Pacific’s digital print solution
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate Hummingbird’s value proposition, generate demand, and support sales efforts
You will be responsible for elevating the brand, increasing market share, and accelerating growth
This position requires a passion for all aspects of marketing and a consistent influx of innovative ideas
Domestic travel is required 10-15% of the time based on the needs of the business
Lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives that position Hummingbird® effectively in the market
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to ensure Hummingbird® is positioned as the preferred partner
Identify key customer segments and craft tailored messaging and campaigns that resonate with these groups
Generate engaging content for digital channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption
Create brochures, white papers, case studies, videos, and innovative PowerPoint presentations that highlight the benefits of Hummingbird®, ensuring messaging aligns with market needs and sales strategies
Work closely with the sales team to provide training, sales tools, and resources that enhance their ability to sell Hummingbird® effectively
Create and maintain essential sales collateral, including product demos, FAQs, and competitive analysis reports
Coordinate with Georgia-Pacific’s central marketing communication team to execute multifaceted campaigns and trade show events aimed at generating leads and nurturing existing customers
Build and maintain a customer experience center designed to help customers understand and connect with Hummingbird's value proposition
Oversee the organization and execution of webinars, trade shows, and customer visits to engage with the target audience effectively
Identify opportunities, take initiative, and drive projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision
Utilize strong strategic thinking skills to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and make strategic decisions
Leverage resources, network, and build relationships to support project success
Communicate ideas clearly, receive and give constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

As a Product Marketing Manager for Georgia Pacific Hummingbird®, you will drive the marketing strategy for Georgia Pacific’s digital print solution. This is a contributor position reporting directly to our senior leadership and is critical to our success at Hummingbird®. The Product Marketing Manager can be based in Phoenix, Arizona (near our press), Cincinnati, Ohio (home to our Hummingbird® headquarters), or Atlanta, Georgia (where Georgia-Pacific's headquarters is located). This position is a hybrid position for team collaboration and requires candidates to be near a primary location. Domestic travel is required 10-15% of the time based on the needs of the business.

What You Will Do
