Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Operate and maintain plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance
Adhere to AS9100 ISO and ISO13485 standards in all operations
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize downtime
Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent malfunctions
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new procedures and protocols
Document all process-related information accurately and consistently
Participate in continuous training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements
Assist in other duties as assigned by the management team
