Location: Remote/On-site (flexible)

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving best practices in code quality and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
• Proven track record of building robust, scalable front-end systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
