Job Purpose:- Portfolio Manager for Credit Cards will be responsible for managing post acquisition customer lifecycle viz driving customer engagement programs, Card spends, EMI products and Loan products. Key Accountabilities, KPIs And Job Responsibilities Following are the key deliverables for the role where the candidate will assist his/her leader in achieving the aforesaid objective: • Product Framework • Drive Card activation and onward customer engagement • Configure and drive EMI and loans programs • Manage partnership and alliances requirement for portfolio programs • Work closely with technology team for enabling various engagement platforms • Build multi-channel capabilities like mobile app, website, IVR, ATMs etc • Customer experience & service • Build frictionless customer interface for complaints and requests • Build the Card app section for service & X-sell to drive customer experience , revenue • Interact closely with service team for service to sales • Stakeholder & vendor management • Will liase with payment network, Card partners, vendor partners to drive business goals • Work with internal stakeholders – Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Collections, Audit and Service • Regulatory compliance and assessment • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines for all card related parameters • Ensure compliance of card network guidelines Experience • Minimum experience of 8 years with 5 years in credit cards Portfolio Management • Conversant with card systems on originations, card management and interface with other linked systems • Good analytical skills to plan and execute portfolio campaigns • Good presentation skills (conversant with MS Office) Education / Preferred Qualifications • MBA Degree/PGDM from a recognized university • Specialization in Digital Payments will be an added advantage Core Competencies Competencies, traits & desired levels of proficiency: • Expertise in understanding End to End Credit Card Lifecycle • Functional Understanding of different system involved in Credit Card Ecosystem • Collaborative and Customer Obsessed • Very good communication skills • Aptitude for Risk identification & mitigation • Lateral thinking, Negotiation & Interpersonal Influencing skills Work Relationship • Reporting to SVP Digital consumer Team • Working with Technology , Operations, Service ,vendor(s), Compliance, Risk, Consumer Banking Product & distribution teams, • Interactions w/direct reports of Heads of Departments and others defined from time to time Primary Location India-Maharashtra-Mumbai Job Product Management Schedule Regular Job Type Full-time Job Posting Aug 5, 2022, 3:55:36 AM
