Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Elegance Enterprises in Bengaluru. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, managing expense reports, handling communication, and offering administrative assistance on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
Experience in managing expense reports
Strong communication and administrative assistance skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO. Prioritize and adjust the CEO’s calendar as necessary.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO. Draft and proofread correspondence and reports.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations. Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure travel plans align with the CEO’s schedule and preferences.
Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and ensuring deadlines are met.
Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with facilities, and handling general administrative tasks.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, and senior executives.
Problem Solving: Anticipate and address issues that may arise, proactively finding solutions and making decisions to support the CEO’s needs.
