As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and strategy.
• Identify and address marketing performance issues through root cause analysis with tools like Google Analytics and Facebook ads.

• Stay up-to-date with relevant KPI metrics for performance management and optimization.

• Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and CPA across all channels.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and scale acquisition campaigns with strong ROI.
• Strong communication skills in both presentation and writing.
