What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our Principal Payroll team. In this role, you’ll ensure that the United States payroll is processed and reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.
Must be detail oriented, highly organized and possess excellent customer service skills. The Payroll Analyst is responsible for balancing and reconciliation of payrolls including auditing for accuracy and making necessary adjustments. Maintain compliance with jurisdictional regulations by working with Senior Analyst. May provide guidance and training to other payroll and/or shared services team members as necessary.
• Responsible for balancing and reconciliation of payrolls including auditing for accuracy and making necessary adjustments. Supporting the Payroll Team during processing as necessary.
• Responsible for integration processing, error resolution, enhancements and data reconciliation between Human Resources System and Payroll System.
• Accountable for tier 2 resolutions handoffs from our HR Shared Services team regarding payroll inquiries
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tax and garnishment information is processed.
• Maintain compliance with jurisdictional wage and hour regulations
• Generates and distributes payroll business and operational reports via ADP
• Special Projects working with other departments; May provide guidance and training to other payroll and shared services team members as necessary.

Who You Are
• 3 + Years of experience in multi-state jurisdictional environment
• Knowledge of payroll concepts, practices and procedures; accounting, ADP, intermediate Excel and Word skills, web-based time tracking, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service skills
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$57000 - $77900 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA.
