Job description, work day and responsibilities

Expert in performing administrative tasks, such as making arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
• Will be working very closely with the product team and the other support functions
• Learn new processes across a variety of subject areas and ensure our operations are running smoothly
• Provide support for common customer inquiries received by email to ensure customers have an excellent experience with the organization
• Preparing and maintaining required operations documents,reports,Renewals, bills,payments,dues and invoices
• Manages operational tasks under the direction of managers
• Collaborates with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes
• Good Communication and Leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
• Ability to execute & implement the processes on different applications or systems as required along with the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
