Tech Mahindra is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Driven and motivated to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
