The Town of Tallulah Falls is accepting proposals for a replacement of their current Financial Software System. Proposals must be submitted to the Town of Tallulah Falls, City Clerk's Office, 255 Main Street, PO Box 56, Tallulah Falls, GA 30573 or e-mailed to: clerk. The objective of this initiative is to identify a Financial Fund Accounting Software Package which best meets the needs of the Town of Tallulah Falls.
The Town of Tallulah Falls intends to enter into a contract with the successful proponent to procure software licensing, implementation services, and ongoing support services. The Town of Tallulah Falls expects to negotiate for the purchase of the selected system and to communicate and maintain contact with another person or organization with the selected proponent for contractual and support issues.
All responding proponents must submit a detailed cost model. It is the expectation that potential proponents will propose systems which will provide optimal transition from the existing system. The system should be able to leverage best practices in municipal government financial management and shall incorporate the Georgia Uniform Chart of Accounts.
