Job Title: HR & MIS Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: [New Delhi]
Reports To: HR Manager/Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The HR & MIS Executive will play a dual role in managing human resources functions and maintaining management information systems within the organization. This position is responsible for managing HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, while also ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of MIS operations. The role is critical in supporting the smooth operation of the company’s facility management services.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR software.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Compliance & Policy Management:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee exits, including conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding processes.
Management Information Systems (MIS):
Data Management:
• Maintain and manage HR-related databases and MIS systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of all employee-related data.
• Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including recruitment, attrition, employee performance, and compliance.
System Maintenance:
• Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of MIS software and hardware.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve MIS-related issues.
• Implement new MIS solutions to improve efficiency and data management.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data to provide insights that support decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present HR-related reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in HR and/or MIS roles, preferably in a facility management or related industry.
• Experience with HR software and MIS systems is highly desirable.
• Proficient and good experience in MS Excel.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using HRIS, MIS software, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
