Job Title: Marketing Lead
Location: Glasgow/Edinburgh - Hybrid from multiple offices in Scotland
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Lead to manage and guide our marketing teams across various campaigns and initiatives. This is a key leadership role, responsible for steering the marketing strategy while representing our brands and ensuring successful client engagement. You will lead three dedicated teams, coordinate efforts, and overcome challenges to drive growth and brand visibility.
This role is open to candidates based anywhere in Scotland and offers flexibility with remote or hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage three marketing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and the successful execution of campaigns.
• Client Representation: Act as the brand ambassador, speaking confidently and effectively with clients, presenting strategies, updates, and results.
• Briefing & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to translate marketing goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment and cohesion across all departments.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with overall business goals while navigating challenges and problem-solving to ensure consistent progress.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of campaigns, using key performance metrics to guide future decisions and improve processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Managerial Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ideally in a marketing or related capacity, with a focus on collaboration, development, and performance.
• Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience representing brands and interfacing with clients.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to overcome challenges and obstacles in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that marketing goals and deadlines are met.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of various marketing strategies and tools, with experience briefing teams and managing complex projects.
Beneficial Experience:
• A background in Hospitality, Retail, or Automotive industries is highly desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience working in or with these sectors will be beneficial in understanding the nuances and challenges faced by our clients.
