Are you a creative marketer ready to take ownership of campaigns from concept to completion? TMBG Pty Ltd is seeking our first dedicated Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator to join our team. We’re a unique business, operating as an importer, wholesaler, and retailer in the building supply industry, specializing in porcelain and ceramic tiles, bathroom fixtures, and accessories. We speak to both B2B and B2C audiences, making this a dynamic role for someone passionate about both retail and wholesale marketing.
Having recently come under new ownership, we are looking for a proactive individual to establish and lead our marketing efforts across digital and offline channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in everything from social platform selection and content creation to strategic input with the owner. Key Upcoming Projects:
As our first marketing hire, you’ll be a jack of all trades. While we don’t expect you to be a guru from day one, we are looking for someone with broad marketing exposure, a hunger to learn, and the drive to deliver results. Here’s a snapshot of the projects you’ll tackle in the next 12–18 months:
Launch Social Presence: Help us establish an active social media presence, with input on platform selection, and grow our audience as organically as possible.
Website Redesign: While we’re not yet eCommerce, we plan to refresh our WIX-hosted websites to be more visually appealing and user-friendly for browsing customers.
Wholesale Sales Program: We’re updating our CRM to include B2B customer portals—this presents an opportunity to enhance POS for our wholesale clients.
Rebrand: We aim to refresh our brand identity, maintaining the same name but giving the business a new creative look and feel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Produce engaging visual and written content (photo, video, copy) for social media, websites, and other platforms.
Social Media Management: Build and manage a social media presence with a focus on targeted micro-customer segments.
Digital Strategy: Develop and refine strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and support growth across retail and wholesale.
Offline Marketing Support: Collaborate with our retail team to create merchandising and point-of-sale templates aligned with the brand’s image.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and adjust marketing efforts based on performance data and insights.
System Setup: Help set up marketing systems and processes to support the company’s long-term growth.
Requirements:
Experience with social media in a sales-driven environment, with a demonstrated ability to analyze digital performance and adjust creative output accordingly.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or native platform tools for content creation—speed and efficiency in content production are essential.
Strong communication skills, with great attention to detail.
Understanding of how marketing investments relate to sales and business goals.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines while collaborating across business divisions.
