The client is looking at hiring a Social Media Lead who comes from a strong Copy Writing background.
This dual-role position requires a skilled wordsmith with a strategic mindset who can craft compelling copy while also managing and growing client's social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and content creation, along with hands-on experience in social media management and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Strategy:
• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with client brand’s voice, mission, and marketing objectives.
• Write engaging, clear, and persuasive copy for a range of platforms, including social media, blogs, website, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and adherence to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
2. Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Create and curate content tailored to each platform, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
3. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze content performance and social media metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
