In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Junior Manager Labour Relations (LR) supports senior management by providing comprehensive administrative and functional support in Labour Relations (LR).
This role ensures effective communication between management and various stakeholders, manages compliance and administrative tasks, and supports labour relation projects and training initiatives.
The position requires proficiency in labour laws, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Oversee S&E and labour related compliance for multiple offices and factories, maintaining records in the CompliPlus system.
• Streamline processes for contractor compliance checks, particularly for Pune.
• Drive central labour projects at plants in coordination with Plant HRBP / HR Ops.
• Handle administrative LR tasks including PR, PO, supplier payments, LR training, and workshops.
• Manage communication and updates regarding minimum wage revisions.
• Build and maintain LR MIS for India ABO and analyze data.
• Visit plants to oversee and coordinate projects and support the LR Leader in managing labour relations.
• Provide administrative support to various LR initiative such as LR Workshop, LE Learning Session, Building LR MIS etc.

• simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights;
presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.
Data Communication and Visualization - Constructs a tale of the business problem, root cause, solution options, and opportunities through illustrating data visually, including reports and dashboards.

Experience :
• Diploma or Degree in Labour Laws, Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field, Strong knowledge on Contract labour management, compliances & labour laws with Proficiency in MS-Excel and a relevant experience of 5+years in
• Labour Law Proficiency : Extensive knowledge of Indian labour laws and employment compliances.
• Data Analytics : Ability to discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data; present findings effectively.
• Data Communication and Visualization : Proficient in illustrating business problems, solutions, and opportunities through visual data presentations such as reports and dashboards.
• Human Resources Consulting : Experience in diagnosing and optimizing opportunities to provide holistic HR solutions while balancing stakeholder needs.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Action-Oriented : Demonstrates urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm in tackling new challenges and ensuring results.
• Accountability : Holds self and others accountable for meeting commitments and achieving goals.
• Presentation Skills : Proficient in preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations using advanced tools for effective visualization of data and project work.
