Responsibilities
In this role, you will be assigned to various hotel properties within our portfolio on an as-needed basis to provide leadership support, improve operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional guest experiences
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, financial performance, and compliance with company standards

Collaborate with property owners and corporate leadership to develop and execute strategic plans

Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Task Force Hotel General Manager to join our team at Olympia Hospitality. In this role, you will be assigned to various hotel properties within our portfolio on an as-needed basis to provide leadership support, improve operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide interim management support to hotel properties during transitions, openings, or periods of vacancy.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry preferred. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Flexibility to travel and work at different locations as needed.
