Job description, work day and responsibilities
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of product marketing, website management and customer service platforms.
Your responsibilities include:
Contributing to developing and executing marketing plans, creative web site, social media and EDM content.
Monitoring company website, social media and EDM performance using analytics tools and recommending improvements.
Creating and maintaining a library of digital assets including pre-existing templates, up-to-date photography, illustrations etc.
Collaborating across the business on the development of social media strategy, executing organic and paid social campaigns and ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives, sales promotions and events, budgets to optimise return on investment.
Integrating CRM systems with digital collaboration platforms.
In addition, you will:
Act as the CEO's first line of contact which includes tasks such as daily administration, calendar management, travel and event coordination.
This is a fast-paced and diverse role where you will have the opportunity to showcase your marketing and social media management skills. The successful candidate may be required to work on evenings and/or weekends occasionally.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Social Media Marketing or related field.

Experience
Minimum of three years’ experience producing creative marketing designs, content, video and imaginary assets and social media management.
Experience with Wordpress, WooCommerce and CRM software such as Monday.com
Experience working with multiple social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, running EDM campaigns and Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics performance optimisation.
Knowledge of integration and automation technologies, APIs, workflow tools such as ChatGPT4, Miro, Tidio and Zapier.
