Responsibilities
Background: Vectrona requires professional support services in the areas of Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education (MPTE) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) to support Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) development and execution
This includes tasks identified in the Career-Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) line of effort
You will perform analytical, programmatic, and developmental tasks, focusing on analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum documents provided by the Center for Service Support (CSS) using RRL, Naval Education Training Command (NETC, and CSS policy and guidance
You will also support training program managers, learning standards officers, training specialists, curriculum developers, and product support providers
This is an opportunity to shape Sailor’s training
Review, develop, and modify curriculum documents, including Training Project Plans, Training Course Control Documents, Curriculum Outline of Instruction, Course Master Schedule, Lesson Plan, Trainee Guide, Instructional Media Material, Interactive Multimedia Instruction, and Virtual Simulations
Ensure all training materials comply with RRL, NETC, and CSS policy and guidance
Prepare for and support analysis events such as Job, Duty, Task Analysis (JDTA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Front-End Analysis (FEA)
Prepare for and support development and implementation events such as train-the-trainer (TTT) and pilot classes for multiple courses of instruction
Utilize applications such as Authoring instructional Materials (AIM)/Content Planning Module (CPM)/Learning Objective Module (LOM), CDS, LMS, and other NETC identified development tools for project tasks
