Role: Student Outreach Coordinator (Freelance)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify Potential Clients:
Actively search for students, especially those facing challenges with academic writing, who may benefit from professional academic writing services.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
Develop connections with students, educators, and academic institutions to promote the benefits of high-quality academic writing support.
Promote Academic Writing Services:
Clearly communicate the value of professional academic writing assistance to potential clients, highlighting key services such as research paper writing, thesis assistance, and essay writing.
Referral Management:
Refer interested students to the academic writing service provider, ensuring a seamless handover and positive experience for the student.
Track and Report Referrals:
Maintain a record of all referrals and ensure each is followed up on. Regularly report the status of referrals and any successful conversions.
Collaborate with the Academic Writer:
Work closely with the academic writer to understand the specific needs and challenges of the students referred, ensuring that the services provided align with the students’ requirements.
Earn Commission on Successful Referrals:
For each student referred who successfully uses the academic writing services, receive a predetermined payment or commission.
Maintain Confidentiality:
Ensure that all interactions and student information are handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

We are looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing to spearhead our efforts in driving growth across all digital channels. This role is essential in optimizing conversion rates, refining our website, content, and messaging, and building impactful campaigns that align with our value proposition and target audience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, SEO, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in growth marketing with a focus on conversion rate optimization, content marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, value propositions, and market positioning.
• Strong skills in managing and leading marketing teams, with the ability to drive results and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strong understanding of CRO methodologies, including A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
• Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms, email marketing, and automation tools.
• Experience working closely with product marketing, SEO, content, and sales teams to drive cohesive growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Experience in overseeing website content, structure, and user experience to drive conversions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and SaaS growth.
