Key Responsibilities:

Guide a team of proficient engineers in the design, implementation, and deployment of software applications.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
Design and develop back-end services and APIs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to uphold high standards of quality and reliability.
Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies in software development, sharing insights with the team.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8+ years of practical experience in software development, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript.
Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and successfully delivering complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Expertise in developing scalable, high-performance back-end systems and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with front-end technologies is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
