Job description
WEAVE is looking for an amazing Senior CPQ and Billing Administrator for our India Team. We are headquartered in Lehi-Utah, United States and are expanding our teams in India. The role is full time, you can work 100% remote from any location in India. Our priority is to get the best people onboard, other things being flexible! • Reports to: Principal Salesforce Architect Manager
What You Will Own
• Provide solutions leadership and best practices on the SFDC CPQ platform
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions
• Analyze, design, and configure SFDC CPQ & Billing solutions
• Liaison between customer stakeholders and Sovereign CRM development/technical team to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
• Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities using an Agile approach.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
• Experience in Business Analysis, SFDC Platform Design, and Implementations
• Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various team
• Salesforce Advanced certifications (CPQ, Salesforce Billing) required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworkers
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience defining business requirements and use cases
• 3-5 Years of hands-on experience working on salesforce.com implementation
• Product Selection, Bundling and Configuration Rules, Pricing and Discounting, Quote Output Generation, Contracting Process
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, products, price books, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Communities and nice to have Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud experience and certification
• Experience with enterprise clients
• Ideal Candidate would also have prior experience implementing Billing and has an Advanced Billing Specialist Super Badge
• Ability to provide some overlap during MST time zones.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably working on multiple Salesforce instances in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; ability to successfully deal with ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects.
• Self-starter with a track record of creativity and innovation; not afraid to “chase down” answers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with great business sense.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ideal Candidate would also have prior experience implementing Billing and has an Advanced Billing Specialist Super Badge
What Will Make Us Love You
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, MCA, MSC, or Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Salesforce CPQ/Billing with 4+ end-to-end implementation in Salesforce
• Good knowledge of all functional processes related to CPQ/Billing and platform capabilities
• Salesforce Admin and Salesforce CPQ advance certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, preferably on SaaS.
• Familiarity with Pardot, Docusign/Conga, Salesforce Communities (external facing apps), Sage Intacct
