Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across all digital channels. This role is critical in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while elevating our brand in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, organic and SEO marketing, and other forms of digital marketing, with a deep understanding of the edtech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
• Identify key growth opportunities across various digital channels, including paid search, social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and more.
Performance Marketing:
• Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and maximize ROI.
• Utilize data-driven insights to manage and scale PPC, display advertising, and other paid media efforts.
• Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
Organic & SEO Marketing:
• Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and rankings.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create SEO-optimized content that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to achieve growth targets.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Data & Analytics:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Leverage analytics platforms and tools to measure campaign performance, user behavior, and overall marketing ROI.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand & Communication:
• Lead the development of brand messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us from competitors.
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Ensure consistent and cohesive brand communication across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing, organic/SEO marketing, and digital marketing.
• Proven success in scaling user acquisition and driving revenue growth in a high-growth company, preferably in the edtech or technology sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for education and innovation.
