**Job Title: Back Office Assistant Work** As a Back Office Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently managing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The role will primarily involve handling mail processes, so prior experience in this area is highly desirable. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members and external parties. • *Responsibilities**: - Process incoming and outgoing mails promptly and accurately. - Organize and maintain physical and digital files. - Assist in data entry in Excel Sheet and documentation tasks. - Manage office supplies and inventory as needed. - Sale bill making ( Busy Accounting Software) • *Requirements**: - Proficiency in spoken and written English. - Solid computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel Sheet and other relevant software. - Previous experience in handling mail processes is a plus. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Tracking Domestic & International shipment.
