About Company:
We are a booth fabrication company and are located in Delhi. We construct stands and booths for the exhibitions.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls: Telecallers are responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients. They may be provided with a list of leads or customers to contact or may be required to generate their own leads
2. Sales and lead generation: Telecallers often have sales targets and are responsible for generating leads or closing sales over the phone. They need to effectively communicate the benefits and features of a product or service and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or take a desired action
3. Customer service: Telecallers also handle incoming calls from customers who have inquiries, complaints, or require assistance. They need to provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Product knowledge: Telecallers should have a good understanding of the product or service they are promoting or selling. They need to be knowledgeable about its features, benefits, pricing, and any promotional offers or campaigns. This knowledge helps them effectively communicate with customers and address their needs
5. Maintaining records: Telecallers are responsible for accurately documenting and maintaining records of their calls, including details about customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes. This information is important for tracking sales, measuring performance, and analyzing customer behavior
6. Following scripts and guidelines: Telecallers often follow scripts or guidelines provided by their company. These scripts help ensure consistent messaging and adherence to company policies and procedures. Telecallers should be able to adapt scripts as needed to engage customers and handle different situations
7. Meeting targets and metrics: Telecallers are typically given specific targets or metrics to achieve, such as the number of calls made, leads generated, sales closed, or customer satisfaction ratings. They are responsible for meeting or exceeding these targets and continuously improving their performance
8. Effective communication: Telecallers need to have excellent verbal communication skills to engage customers, convey information clearly, and handle objections or questions. They should be able to listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and tailor their communication style to suit different customers
