The following are the roles and responsibilities that will be undertaken by an admin executive
Administrative support:
Providing administrative assistance to the organization's management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
Office management:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs
Document management:
Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, records, and documents, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality
Communication and correspondence:
Managing incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Database and record-keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases, records, and contact lists, ensuring data integrity and security
Meeting and event coordination:
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics
Administrative projects:
Assisting in various administrative projects, such as process improvements, policy development, and system implementations
Vendor management:
Liaising with external vendors and suppliers, obtaining price quotes, processing invoices, and maintaining good relationships
Team support:
Providing support to team members, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, and assisting with administrative tasks as required
Ad hoc tasks:
Undertaking other administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team
