Good Communication Skills and good team playerAssociate should have work experience in CMS core functions andShould have good knowledge on base CMS functionalities and should be quick, adaptable learner.

Should have good technical skills Cobol,JCL,Easytrieve,REXX e.t.cAble to analyse requirement and should be able to conduct impact analysis of requirement.
Able to independently handle analysis, build, test and implement project.
Should be effectively lead and develop project.
Able to manage Client and other interface teams.
