At Zymr, we are continually innovating and setting new bars of design thinking standards to touch the right chords of our clients spanning the USA and Europe. As a Media manager, your goal is to fuel our marketing efforts by inspiring and attracting our target audience with full-blown creative graphics. You will work with (and support) cross-functional teams and lead a team of graphic designers and video creators to develop top-notch content. You will capitalize on the power of visuals to kickstart our branding goals and dive deep into the areas of client engagement to translate our bespoke strategies into actionable plans. Key responsibilities:
• Develop a broad level of understanding of Zymr’s core values and services to propel our growth forward and become a true brand champion, ensuring all work that is delivered expresses our brand’s ideology in the best way possible
• Craft creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with marketing team
• Ideate Video animation and gifs
• Take work from concept to final execution within strict timelines
• Manage and delegate responsibilities within the team of graphic designers and content creators
• Experience in design principles across all channels like display advertising, social media, emails, and other outlets
• Support campaigns as and when required with eye-catching visual assets
• Own critical work-streams for designing using defined SLA's
• Communicate status to all stakeholders including through regular business reviews, and escalate issues when required
• Identify and solve ambiguous problems, identify customer needs, and invent new ways to meet those needs using automation and tooling improvements
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
You must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (B.E or B.Tech)
• 8-10 years of graphic design experience with B2C or B2B organizations
• Demonstrated knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, After Effects, Video/Audio production, Prezi, HTML5 and/or web design experience like Sketch, Figma, etc
• Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and sell ideas and creative solutions.
• Capacity to communicate effectively as a member of a team of designers, project managers, content writers, engineers and other stakeholders
• A consummate team player with can-do attitude that exhibits resiliency and agility
• Passion and innovative mindset to raise the bar in teams and projects
