Job description, work day and responsibilities

Key Actionable
• Complete data management for Banca Operations Communication Model with monthly updated repository
• Timely intimation to the field on their policies through E-mails and Whatsapp
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for updated communication hierarchy
• Provide insights on existing data
• Analyze data to establish the problem, RCA and report on efficacy of implemented solutions.
• Work closely on reports automation agenda
• Collaborate with various stake holders like IT/BPMA to ensure timely delivery of and completion of various reports
• Make necessary improvements in the processes to improve process efficiency, improve turnaround time, etc.
• Delivery of reports and data requirements to the bank and Distribution team
• Enabling and supporting distribution with various data sets, reports and dashboards requiring creation or enhancement of new or existing reports
• Resolution of other department queries and closure with timelines along with Resolution to Business partner query
• Enabling Audit requirements – Internal & Bank
• Managing the data flow & MIS to bank
• Creating presentation with insightful details for various meetings/reviews

Measures of Success

· 100% accurate and daily communication triggers

· 100% Delivery of Reports and

· Accurate reconciliation of business data / reports

· Bank related MIS/Reporting ask fulfillment

· User friendly customization of analytical report.

· Number of Initiatives deployed to bring in process improvements and reducing reporting time

Key competencies/skills required

· Good communication & analytical skills

· Should be comfortable in handling lots of data and numbers

· Ability to manage & coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline driven, fast paced environment

· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate to decision

· Excellent skills in using databases and management tools including Power BI, Tableau, MS Access, advanced Excel

· Solution centric approach

· Good tracking & follow up skills with multiple departments

· Growth mindset and self-motivated

Desired qualification and experience:
• A Graduate/MBA
• Experience of 4-5 years plus in operations data managing role in a financial services industry wherein proficiency in business intelligence, analytics, modelling has been demonstrated
