Bachelors degree preferred Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue. Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers Build and maintain relationships with New & Existing Customers Need to do regular and effective follow-up with Old & repeated Customer Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Have to check your customer order status for necessary action if required. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers
