Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage and execute HR operations seamlessly. The ideal candidate should have a background in accounting firms, with a preference for those with experience in Big 4 firms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can handle the complete employee lifecycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from offer letters to exit processes.
• Utilize HR systems like Keka and Workday efficiently.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Generate and analyze HR reports for strategic planning.
• Address employee queries and provide support.
• Create HR documents and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of HR operations experience, preferably in accounting firms.
• Proficiency in Keka, Workday, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
