What will you do? 1/Recruitment Support · Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and our company's website. · Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent. · Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. · Assist in maintaining our applicant tracking system and candidate databases. 2/ Employee Onboarding · Support the preparation and organization of new hire orientation materials. · Manage the HRMS application for employee onboarding 3/ Employee Engagement · Assist in organizing employee events and activities · Contribute to the development and implementation of recognition programs · Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee satisfaction and well-being. 4/ Administration · Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. · Manage and replenish office supplies, ensuring essential items are always available. · Assist in maintaining the organization of the office space.
