About the Internship:
Are you a talented and driven individual with a passion for Human Resources? IMG Global Infotech Private Limited is offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) intern to join our dynamic team. With a strong focus on employee development and engagement, this role will allow you to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
2. Support in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
3. Help maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
5. Aid in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
6. Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programs.
7. Provide support in HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR-related documents and reports.
Salary:
INR ₹ 5,000-7,000 /month
