Position- HR Executive
Salary-35k-45k
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
o Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
o Prepare and update job descriptions as necessary.
2. Employee Relations:
o Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
o Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
o Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
3. HR Administration:
o Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
o Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
o Handle administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, contracts, and HR correspondence.
4. Performance Management:
o Support the performance appraisal process, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
o Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
5. Training and Development:
o Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
o Maintain training records and track employee development programs.
6. Compliance and Policy Management:
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
o Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
o Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an HR role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
