Nothing Before Coffee (NBC) is a coffee house located in Jaipur, India. NBC was founded in 2017 with a vision to deliver freshly brewed coffee using fresh ingredients. Our mission is to spread the aromatic essence of freshly brewed coffee to every corner of the city. At NBC, we offer a wide menu of over 100 beverages, with coffee being the core product. With a QSR model, we prioritize serving large quantities of beverages with superior quality.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. As a Human Resources Executive at NBC, you will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other human resources-related tasks. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive employee experience. This role requires you to be based in Jaipur.

Qualification: MBA/BBA preferred
