Key Responsibilities: 1.Recruitment and Onboarding 2. Training and Development 3.HR Policies and Compliance 4.Data Management 5.Employee Engagement 6.Minutes of Meetings (MoM) 7.Petty Cash Handling 8.Attendance Management Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (for HR Generalist/Manager roles). • 2-5years of experience in HR or related roles (the number of years can vary depending on the level of the position). • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Proficiency in HR software and tools
