Title: Human Resource Business Partner Education: MBA (Full-time) Experience: Minimum 5 years Role Type: Full Time Location: Ahmedabad Company: Our Client • As the HR Business Partner, manage end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) for the assigned business group. • Provide HR partnership, for both strategic and tactical initiatives, day-to-day HR support and execution of strategies for assigned business groups. • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with leaders and employees to provide guidance and counsel on a variety of HR and business-related issues on both strategic and tactical levels • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. • Provide consultation/coaching/training to managers on performance, talent development, and employee relations. • Provides day-to-day talent and performance management guidance (coaching, mentoring, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). • Implements HR best practices for key HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, workforce/capability planning, and talent management. • Accesses talent opportunities and performance gaps; oversees talent planning, talent reviews, talent development, and succession planning for assigned business groups. • Oversees and executes implementation of HR and/or business initiatives in assigned business groups. Provides project management expertise through the initiation, management and driving of strategic projects and initiatives and change management. • Participates in assigned business group's operational meetings, business reviews, and team building. Act as an advisor on HR issues to the management of assigned business groups. • Researches, develops and proposes policy updates, new policies and/or update procedures/guidelines to support our growing and evolving organization. • Partners with HRBPs and HR team to ensure consistent application of practices and procedures where appropriate. KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS • Ability to work on Strategic HR Initiatives from Planning, Designing and Executing the same. • Ability to establish effective working relationships with Business Leaders, HR and other Stakeholders. • Ability to plan & prioritize work effectively. • Ability to effectively work independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet established deadlines. • Knowledge and experience of some of the key Strategic HR areas. • Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills. • Good Time Management skills. • Excellent presentation skills (from preparing to presenting). • Strong interpersonal & communication skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Excellent analytics, automation, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
