Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, stand-alone role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources within the company
The HR Director will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and hire top talent
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees
Handle all employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, retirement plans, etc
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers on employee development and performance improvement
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR metrics

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated HR Director to join our team. This is a hands-on, stand-alone role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources within the company. The HR Director will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience in a stand-alone HR role, managing all aspects of human resources independently.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
