Job Title: HR Generalist/HRBP Job Overview: As an HR Generalist at our unified communication platform, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall human resources function. You will be responsible for executing HR programs, policies, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment and Onboarding: • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. • Employee Relations: • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts. • Work closely with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment. • HR Policies and Procedures • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. • Performance Management: • Assist in the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans. • Training and Development: • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. • Support career development initiatives within the organization. • Benefits Administration: • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. • HR Administration: • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems. • Generate HR reports and analytics for management review. • Employee Engagement: • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. • Organize team-building activities and events. • Conflict Resolution: • Address workplace conflicts and mediate resolutions as needed. • Payroll and Compliances : Assist in complete payroll process and resolve queries of employees Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role for 3-5 years • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
