Job description, work day and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
• Identify and refine the most suitable talent from available candidates, and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Champion the onboarding process ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in the overall vision.
• Manage leave & attendance via HR Information System, including leave type entry, entitlement, and application.

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department and undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time.
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree/Master degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
