HR Generalist

We are looking for a talented HR candidate for our esteemed organization to handle day-to-day operations.

Key Roles

· Proven working experience of at least 1 to 2 yrs. in HR operations.

· Employee Engagement

· Daily touch base calls with management.

· Drafting strong operational e mails.

· Daily, weekly, and monthly work and progress reports

· Proven working experience as HR operations Executive.

Operations/Generalist Roles:
• · Participating in inductions & exit formalities.
• · Payroll management
• · Follow the reports and meetings calendar.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Coordination with HR Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
