HR Executive (Recruitment) -Job Location - Goregaon-East Any Graduate / Diploma in Human Resources will be preferred Minimum 6 months to Maximum 2+ Years experience. Responsible for End-to-end recruitment. Understanding the hiring requirements. Experience in finding, screening, and hiring candidates for a company. Duties include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices. Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
