We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join an established and rapidly expanding company based in Hitchin.

Offering a salary of £30,000, this permanent role presents an excellent chance to work closely with the Head of HR, providing you with invaluable exposure and insights that will significantly enhance your HR experience.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role across the full employee lifecycle, managing employee relations cases and supporting the staff with HR-related queries.

Solid HR experience at Officer or Advisor level, accompanied by your strong knowledge of Employee Relations is essential.

This hybrid role requires you to be on-site two days a week, along with occasional travel to other sites, allowing you to engage with the diverse workforce and contribute to a positive working environment.
