Job description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR Operations team in Peterborough on a full-time permanent basis.

As the HR Administrator, you will deliver a professional and efficient HR administration service, ensuring company policies are supported by accurate documentation and robust systems. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience by streamlining processes and resolving challenges proactively.

This is a hybrid position and you will be based from Home and our office location in Peterborough.
What you’ll be doing:
• Drafting offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents, ensuring accuracy
• Responding to employee queries via multiple communication channels.
• Ensuring all vacancies are correctly authorised and logging appropriately.
• Preparing and processing payroll data.
• Maintaining and updating employee personal files accurately.
• Managing approval workflows in HRIS for various employee changes.
• Producing and distributing employee letters, such as, promotions, salary increases, and flexible working confirmations.
• Signposting and communicating relevant HR policies to employees.
• Create and update contractor's contracts as necessary.
• Monitoring HR trackers and notifications, ensuring timely completion of actions.
What you’ll bring
• Previous experience in an HR function.
• Familiar with HR policies.
• experience in drafting and managing HR documents.
• Experience in resolving HR issues and managing workflows.
• Able to Accurately log and manage HR tasks.
• Able to address employee queries with a good level of communication,
• Proficient in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• High level of employee information sensitivity and safeguarding.
