Sales Head
• Our client is a platform focusing on background screening, data authentication and KYC solutions. Their main focus is protecting their clients from financial, reputational and security risks.
• Founded in 2014, our client is headquartered in Noida. Their clientele includes Truecaller, Uber, Apollo Hospitals, Flipkart, Swiggy, etc. They focus across various industries such as Delivery Logistics, Airports, Staffing Placement, Healthcare, FinTech and Insurance, etc.
• As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the entire spectrum of sales and contributing towards the increase in business.
What You Will Do
• Overseeing the entire sales division by managing, guiding and leading the sales team towards achieving/ exceeding the business goals
• Being responsible for the performance of the sales team and also ensuring that they are guided towards the right direction
• Managing the entire B2B sales cycle, end-to-end, from lead generation till deal closure
