Responsibilities
• Build and develop deep commercial and strategic relationships with key distributors
• Conduct lead gen to close activities, as well as post-close relationship management with distributor partners to maximize deals, customers onboarded, and AUM transfer
• Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management
• Build and lead a stellar pan-India team of business development executives
• Represent the voice of partners in Product and Engineering discussions
• Monitor performance and partner feedback to continuously improve approach
Ideal Candidate
• 10+ years of total experience; at least 7 years relevant experience in sales and partnerships with mutual fund / financial product distributors and IFAs
• Good knowledge of global markets, investing and finance
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability towards constructive networking, sales, and business development
• Excellent time management, people management and leadership skills
