Head of Marketing Communications

HEAD OF MARKETING

Responsibilities:

1. Craft Strategies & Coordinate with all marketing teams including digital, PR & Creative.

2. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department.

3. Ensure all brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

4. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

5. Problem solve, this will be a big part of the job, so the ability to think on your feet is a must.

6. Provide service leadership related to marketing and communication of business.

7. Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior management.

8. Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.

9. Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

Candidate Requirements:

1. Sound experience in Digital Marketing

2. Experience in Traditional PR and Social Media PR

3. Excellent in Creative Writing and content Creation

4. Should have impressive Stakeholder Management, and able to manage multiple stakeholders

5. Should have strong Coordination/follow up skills

6. Past experience in Mall Management is preferred would be added advantage

7. Should be able to create further Opportunities for Marketing & Promotion activities

8. At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience.

9. Preferred knowledge of food and beverage industry

Expected qualification for the role:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Journalism

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
