Job Title: Graduate Software Developer
Location: Worcester, UK
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 p/a

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Software Developer to join our growing team. This role will involve working extensively with Microsoft Access and VBA, with the opportunity to expand your skills into ASP.NET development. As a recent graduate, you will bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our projects, helping to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and enhance Microsoft Access databases and VBA applications.
· Collaborate with staff across the business to implement high-quality software solutions.
· Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of new applications and features.
· Troubleshoot and optimise existing software for improved performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
· A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Access and VBA development.
· A foundational understanding of ASP.NET is desirable.
· Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and teamwork abilities.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
· A willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

Additional Information:
All staff are subject to a DBS check, which will be processed during your probationary period. Employment is contingent on achieving DBS clearance. You must also be eligible to work in the UK.
