Job description, work day and responsibilities
About Company:
Pina Colada Resources is an HR service provider. We provide all kinds of HR services including recruitment, third-party recruitment, compliance, payroll, etc.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
2. Oversee a Google Ads strategy
3. Create ads, set, and optimize cost and bids
4. Plan, prepare, and execute strategy including keyword research, search engine advertising
5. Manage and maintain the organization's website
6. Write and optimize content for the website, LinkedIn, and marketing platforms like Google Ads
7. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
8. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion
9. Fix any errors or bugs in online content
10. Create online banner adverts and oversee pay-per-click (PPC) and management
11. Write copy for marketing campaigns
12. Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies, and ensure that the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
13. Manage and optimize existing PPC campaign components including, but not limited to ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, and keyword research
Requirements:
1. Solid understanding of different marketing techniques & tools
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
