Job description, work day and responsibilities

Location: Kunskapsskolan School, Sarjapura, Bangalore

Qualifications: Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in the Education or Hospitality Sector

Scope of Work:
• Strengthening and upgrading the vision, values, and philosophy of the school.
• Parent Grievances and Queries Handling
• Student Admissions and Administration: To ensure end-to-end execution of the Admission process per school policies and standards. This includes the creation of SOPs, Parent Engagement, Student connections, and maintenance of ERPs.
• Marketing, Communications, and Public relations: Create marketing strategies and implement the same to ensure brand visibility and enrolments. Facilitate effective outreach and communication with prospective parents and students via varied media.
• Data Management: Maintain all relevant data on student enrollment in the student’s data management system and files. To analyze and share reports with the Stakeholders at regular intervals. Training and development of the Admissions and Communication team.
